I think Luna is a REALLY good premade Descendant, as she allows allies to use or not use certain mods. If you plan on using MP regen constantly, that might allow allies to use mods that has a negative impact on MP but a positive impact elsewhere, like Skill Simplification or Maximize Efficiency. For solo or pickup, she has some value in certain situations, but kinda meh overall. Can't really mob or boss, and if the randoms are hogging kills then you might not be able to effectively use her 4, but if you stick close to one person then you can help them pretty well. She's not as effective as Enzo or Yujin since everyone needs ammo or HP, but still a welcomed addition.

Not viable, sadly. To max out the kuiper you need the ultra precision breakers / analysers. They are a rare drop, you can spend 30 mins farming a spot with bunny, killing stuff, without seeing one. The time you'd spend to get enough breakers to farm for an hour is absolutely not worth it, because you'd already have more kuiper by just killing the mobs to get the breakers. The most "optimized" version if you really wanna do it is to farm a bunch of breakers then go find an Enzo party, where you share the breakers, that way for 1 of your breakers you get 3 vaults for free. But still, it's not worth it. Unless you have a whole lot of time in front of you and you don't mind grinding the same mission over and over for hours to get a few breakers. The mission will give you kuiper gold etc ofc, but at that point you farm the mission, and the breakers are a plus, not the other way around. Edit : i forgot one thing : you need enzo. If you don't have him, then you're screwed. Or, if you don't, you need to find one that is OK with using HIS breakers so you get stuff for free, and gl with that, they are as rare as the breakers themselves
